Bombers Williams Bomber Blue

Bombers Williams Bomber Blue is a bit used for Jumping, Polocrosse or Polo. The Williams cheekpiece was designed by Bombers as an improvement on the traditional 2.5 Ring or Universal cheekpiece. Bomber often saw riders using the universal without a curb strap, therefore minimal curb action was engaged. The middle bar was then inserted into the 2.5 Ring (universal) to create a style with an inbuilt curb strap as to say. The Williams is the most commonly sold jumping cheekpiece, offering a variety of cheekpieces to combine it with. When the cheekpiece is connected to the main ring the bit acts as a loose ring, but when connected to the bottom ring it promotes pole flexion by creating more positive poll pressure. The Williams cheekpiece helps to prevent drifting.
