Stainless steel rings. German silver mouthpiece; a copper based composite metal encouraging the horse to salivate and soften into the contact.

- The Nelson cheeks (full cheeks) reinforce the turning aid, reduce chance of rubbing.
- Great for steering is required, for example for jumping skinnies or corners.
- Can be ridden with two reins to differentiate between the snaffle and gag action, however most use the gag rein only for maximum lift and control.  For this reason this bit must be used by a rider with an independent seat and good hands.
