This bit might be magic! I have used this bit on my very fussy, inconsistent to the contact WB mare with a short smile. I previously have had her in the Sprenger Dynamic eggbutt and the Bomber Happy Tongue eggbutt. Both were good but not great on her. The Sprenger didn't provide her with quite enough stability and the Happy Tongue caused her to lean on the hand. This seems to be the perfect combination between the two, and combined with a new training focus on straightness, she has become MUCH more stable in the hand and happy to take the contact. It did take her a few rides to get used to the bit properly but she seems very happy with it now. I'm looking forward to seeing how her training progresses in this bit.
